Job Description
This role will coordinate and maintataininig Order Management team daily run activities but not limited to resolve escalations, developing/supporting new process or procedure to enhance productivities as well at database maintenance and reporting.
1. Daily Task
- Create contract and distribute trade confirmation
- Create Quotation(when necessary)
- Create Sales Order
- Monitoring/Chasing for payment or LC
- Prepare Marking
- Prepare Shipping Instruction
- Raise Sample Request (when necessary)
- Raise customer request (SSR)
- Handling customer complaints(Sales Force)
- Credit limit monitoring and raise Shipment release(when necessary)
- Shipment monitoring - daily report
- Credit and Debit note(when necessary)
- Contract Management monitoring
- Contract and Sales Order amendment(when necessary)
- Reporting MTM report
- Report SNOP report
- Reviewing weekly inventory report
- Report OTIF
- Month End Report
- Contract Confirmations Schedule line reporting
- Expired contract reporting
- Alternate days MOM
- Daily SNOP Daily CS Meeting
- Monthly sales meeting
- Ad-hoc escalation meeting, issues, changes/new processes meeting etc
1. Bachelor degree and above in related field.
2. Capable, enthusiastic and strong leadership, communication & people management experience.
3. Fluent in English speaking & writing (Arabic or Chinese will be advantage ).
4. Basic knowledge in B2B / international trades / Shipping.
5. Proficiency in SAP system will be an added advantage.
