Position : Order Management Specialist

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1730)

Working Location : Menara Great Eastern 2, No. 50, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Salary range RM2,500 - RM4,000 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in basic accountancy or business
• Advanced written and verbal English & Mandarin language competency
• Responsible, detailed, good team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in problem definition and resolution
• Effective time management skills
• Experience in working with databases in an electronic office environment
• Ability to analysis problem and develop solutions
• Fresh graduate also can apply

Job Scope :

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of regional customer transactions via the Order Management System and the ECRM application. Due to the diverse nature of products and services within the group of companies, which ranges from single books, bundled print and web products, workflow tools, contracts, software etc., it is expected that the incumbent is required.

• Written and verbal English will be essential in understanding and business requirements and conversing with customers.
• To learn and adhere to complex business rules. Investigating and solving customers\' problems.
• Has the ability to produce tracking reports on incoming and outgoing requests from internal and external customers within and outside Asia Pacific.Region
• Apply numerical skills to ensure correct conversion of currencies
• Contribute to the updating of solution documentation, process improvement
• Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to team leaders and (or) manager
• Perform completion of task within set SLA timeframe

This role is member of the Order Management team, responsible for application of business rules to ensure all sales are invoiced correctly.
