Process incoming orders for customized furniture projects accurately and efficiently.
Review order details, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Communicate with sales personnel and/or clients to clarify any discrepancies or gather additional information related to their orders to ensure order accuracy.
Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize orders based on deadlines and capacity.
Monitor order progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
Liaise with internal departments, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate records of all orders, including relevant documents and communication.
Provide timely updates to sales personnel, and/or clients on the status of their orders and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
