Job Title : Order Processing Executive (Urgent Hiring)

MJ MFR, a leading jewelry design and manufacturing company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our order department. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent speaking and writing skills.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply ; Experienced candidates will be added advantage
• Candidates with no experience but have an interest in this industry are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones, including materials and production processes, would be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tanggungjawab

• Handle incoming job requests from jewelers and translate them into design jobs for the design department.
• Confirm orders and release them into production, ensuring all necessary materials are supplied by the customer.
• Follow up on the production progress and provide regular updates to customers regarding technical issues and the status of their orders.
