Process Sales Orders and Return Orders accurately .
Provide guidance to the Sales Teams on sales order submission requirements.
Verify documentation and ensure orders comply with pricing guidelines, HQ Sales Policy, Leasing Guidelines and Corporate policies.
Coordinate delivery and collection arrangements with Sales, warehouse teams, and logistics vendors.
Manage manual closure of selected order lines in the ERP system.
Support and track machine movement activities including: Trial machine requests or relocation requests Sales/ADM, short-term loan request raised by STO/Sales, miscellaneous machine-related movements requests submitted by business units
Monitor revenue release reports and ensure timely upload of contract documents into the relevant system for billing.
Prepare and submit documentation for contract terminations and archive requests through Document Management System (DMS).
Maintain and update order tracking sheets, following up on any outstanding/pending documents to ensure completeness.
Handle order changes such as amendments, cancellations, and sales reversals.
Raise and follow up on ERP system issues via To Connect or equivalent platform.
Monitor end-to-end order status and escalate issues or delays to project management teams when necessary as required.
Participate in system testing, continuous improvement initiatives, and other tasks or projects as assigned.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentations.
Requirements:
Min 1 - 3 years of experience in sales operation, order management, or logistics coordination or a related administrative role. (Fresh grads with internship exposure are also welcome to apply!)
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook).
Experience with Oracle ERP systems is an added advantage.
Effective communication and coordination skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistic, Billing)
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
