Picking and Packing Order Fulfilment
Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled within the company's standard SLA and packed into the company's packing standard required.
To carry out regular audits/spot checks to ensure the quality of the process implemented and provide clear and actionable feedback on findings for continuous improvement.
Ensure all requests/transfers are monitored to ensure the timely arrival of goods into the packing warehouse for effective packing and order completion for dispatch.
Manage and prioritise customer orders in line with the SLA set to ensure that all team members know priorities.
To coordinate with the inventory team for stocks' picking and inventory management of floor space.
Daily allocation and monitoring of tasks and duties of the fulfilment team.
To prepare and report the order fulfilment status to Operations Manager on a daily, weekly, monthly basis for clear overview and KPI reporting.
Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of work stations are maintained at all times.
To conduct briefing to the picking team on a weekly basis on operational targets and achievements such as and not limited to quality control.
To manage own KPI performance and the Fulfilment Team's through daily management of demand variation, manpower planning, order scheduling and capacity planning.
Produce daily KPI reporting on all elements of fulfilment process including dispatch by day, outstanding orders, cancellations, packing errors and work with the Customer Service department to resolve issues.
Partner with other cross-functional team lead on the coordination of critical resources required to successfully execute the weekly fulfilment plan during peak rush.
Logistics Management
Manage all order returns and outbound shipments including custom clearance and insurance for any mode of transport/ shipment.
Liaise and negotiate with forwarders, logistics parties.
Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Implement cost reduction measures in all aspects of warehousing activities and logistics transactions / activities and monitor the shipping cost.
