Be the differenceIf making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.We are looking for a Order Processing Representative, reporting to Order Processing Manager.This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Kuala Lumpur (hybrid working arrangement). #LI-HybridThis role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of regional customer transactions via the Order Management System applications.Due to the diverse nature of products and services within the WK group of companies, which ranges from single books, bundled print and web products, workflow tools, contracts etc., it is expected that the incumbent is required to be learn and adhere to complex business rules.It is necessary for the incumbent to apply advanced excel skills to analyse and prepare spreadsheets for processing and also the ability to produce tracking reports on incoming and outgoing requests from internal and external customers within and outside the Asia Pacific Region.This role is member of the Order Management team, responsible for application of business rules to ensure regional annual new sales revenue of A$ 60M is invoiced correctly i.e. impact revenue leak. The role also includes the monitoring of staff activities and exception reports to identify and correct errors before they adversely impact the business or their customer.About the RoleApply logic and established business rules pertaining to the 5 operating companies as well as a number of international subsidiaries in the processing of transactionsApply financial logic when processing, understanding relevance to financial reporting and impact on businesses within WKEnsure accuracy in the processing of credit card paymentsAccuracy in the maintenance of customer address and account set upComply with customer Privacy, Spam and GST/vat legislation in the handling of account and customer data, which differs across different operating companiesInterpret and analyse intercompany ordersInterpret and analyse submitted spreadsheetsTracking of incoming and outgoing requestsCurrency conversion for intercompany ordersLiaise and communicate with WKAP group of companies on international customer service issues and ordersIdentify and refer for management\xe2\x80\x99s attention trends in product cancellationsInterpret and analyse Bookshop ordersApply established business rules to product returnsInvestigate, resolve and do root cause analysis towards complaints raised by internal businessPromote Quality/process improvement methodology and encourage innovative ideas from the teamAssist in weekly and monthly auditing and QAAssisting with monthly reports for OMTTechnical training of the teamSupervision of OMT team membersAbout YouTertiary qualifications in basic accountancy or businessAdvanced written and verbal English language competencyAdvanced numeracy skillsMinimum of 2-years experience working in high volume complex transactional data entry roleMinimum 12000 kh and 98% accuracy levelDemonstrated advanced excel skillsEffective time management skillsMinimum of 2 year in Order Management environmentExperience in working with databases in an electronic office environmentAbility to deal with difficult peopleAbility to analysis problem and develop solutions quicklyAbility to work with multiple databasesPrevious experience in working for a publishing company is desiredParticipation in process improvement activities is desiredAbout UsWolters Kluwer reported 2022 annual revenues of \xe2\x82\xac5.5 billion.
