Order Processing Specialist (us Shift)

Job Description
Address customer inquiries through various channels like email, phone, or online. Additionally, work closely with different teams to meet customer needs.
- Respond to consumer questions by phone, email, or the internet.
- Worked together with several teams to satisfy the demands of the client.
- Control order information and respond to client requests.
- Be proactive
- Applicants should hold a minimum of a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities required.
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in resolving customer issues.
- Prior experience with SAP software preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in order management.
- Experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment with various departments (such as sales, shipping, and engineering) is desirable.
- Must be willing to work US shift hours (Monday-Friday, 830pm - 530am Malaysia time) and based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
