Requirements
Experienced in Medical Device / Healthcare Industry
Minimum 1 year experience in Order Processing in medical device
Responsibilities
Order Processing
Invoicing / Quotations
Stock and Sales Report via ERP system (Auto Count)
Filing of inbound tracking & inbound stock processes
Manage logistic processing with customer service team i.e. stock return, stock issue, product complaint etc
Collaborate with warehouse on inventory tracking.
Inventory management i.e. monitor and follow-up inbound shipment from client & forwarding agent, process outbound (consignment / DO), manage stock transfer/return, prepare stock analysis report weekly/monthly
