We are looking for individuals with similar customer-centric and innovative values to join our dynamic team.Get to know the role:We\'re seeking a forward-thinking OCM Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on empowering our People & IT teams. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, change management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and Gen AI savviness. You\'ll navigate complex tech and organisational change while harnessing digital tools and AI to drive adoption, elevate capabilities, and ensure a smooth transition.Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Leadership & Delivery: Strategise, plan, and execute comprehensive change management initiatives related to our digital transformation. This includes impact analysis, stakeholder management, communication planning, and training.
  • Gen AI Integration: Identify opportunities to use Gen AI to customise change plans for diverse stakeholder groups, considering their unique needs. This may also include automating tasks, analysing data to understand change readiness and adoption, personalising communication, and creating learning and training materials.
  • People-Centric Transformation: Guide our employees through the digital transformation journey, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. Facilitate upskilling and reskilling programs to equip our workforce with the skills needed to thrive in a digital environment.
  • IT Communication Delivery: Assess significant IT changes and distill complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging communication materials tailored for various stakeholder groups. Manage the overall IT communication plan and design newsletters, critical software and process updates.
  • Change Team Leadership and Support: Foster the growth and development of junior change specialists and ensure effective project prioritisation to balance team workload.
  • Cross functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure alignment and success throughout the transformation.
QualificationsSkills & Qualifications:
  • Organisation Change Management Expertise: A proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Gen AI Fluency: A deep understanding of AI\'s capabilities and limitations, with the ability to identify use cases and evaluate AI tools.
  • People-Centric Leadership: Excellent communication, empathy, and coaching skills to guide leaders and teams through change.
  • Data & Analytics Acumen: Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform decision-making and measure change impact.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, embracing new technologies and methodologies.
Bonus Skills:
  • Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Background in HR or IT
  • Experience with specific AI platforms or tools (e.g., NLP, machine learning, data visualisation).
Job requirements:
  • More than 8 years of relevant experience working on organisation change for complex digital or business transformation projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to write and design change communications
  • Strong organisation and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle resistance and manage conflict.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of organisation change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with limited supervision.
