Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine site inspections and audits; identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and maintain safety documentation including HIRARC, SOPs, SWPs, and Method Statements. Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions for subcontractors. Report incidents within 24 hours, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Manage Permit to Work (PTW) processes and ensure compliance with OSHA 1994 (Amendment 2022). Monitor subcontractor safety compliance and verify PPE and certifications. Liaise with clients and provide project-wide safety updates and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Familiarity with OSHA 1994 (Amendment 2022) is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow in site safety coordination

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,151.27 per month
