Your profile:

• Proven ability to manage all operations, maintenance, and functions of the Security Policy, within the environment.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and managerial skills.
• Experience with managing diverse groups of technologically oriented people.
• Strategic thinking; focused on providing business value to end-users.
• Proficient in Incident Management and Response
• Experience in management, IT/OT Security, operations, agile project management, and leadership.
• Experience working with any of the leading SIEM / Threat Protection / Detection, OT Cyber solutions for threat hunting, correlation rules, investigation, and incident response,
• Ability to create, track, improve and report SOC KPIs periodically
• Must possess leadership, communication, conflict management, people management, reporting, critical thinking, and problem solving, and planning and organization skills.
• In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management and Energy production operations is preferred
• Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
• Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal and external decision makers, stakeholders, and other interested parties for presenting and selling opportunities, and gaining approvals for opportunities.
• Experience coaching and mentoring employees to increase productivity and results.
• Experience in budget management and expertise in annual planning cycles.
• Innovative and able to create business value for different stakeholders in the complex sale (OT/IT involvement and/or plant vs HQ).
• Ability and willingness to travel across Asia Pacific up to 10%.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Desirable certifications include Security+, CISSP, GRID, GICSP or similar

Your responsibilities:

• Design, build, hire to setup the Security Operations Center to a service ready state
• Lead and manage Security Operations Center day to day operations
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
• Prepare and complete security action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
• Act as liaison between the Security Operations team and the customer\'s team
• Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring
• Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
• Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs
• Responsible for team and customer relationship management, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations Center
• Work with the global MDR R&D team to improve threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring
• Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to customers and internal stake holders
• Continuously improve processes for use across multiple detection sets for more efficient Security Operations
