About The Job

In Technip Energies, the Industrial Cybersecurity (OT cybersecurity) is the discipline that controls cybersecurity performance of subcontractors, and relating supplying, in the context of Technip Energies\' business projects, onshore and offshore, all along the project lifecycle and in accordance to customer\'s requirements.

The OT Cyber Security Operations Center Manager, who reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer, with its OT Cyber SOC team, is accountable to deliver industrial cybersecurity services to business projects, onshore and offshore, globally. OT cybersecurity services are delivered as an engineering and construction discipline geared in the project execution process.

The OT Cyber SOC team is globally distributed and organized in Regional OT Cyber SOCs for each Technip Energies\' Business Unit, that report directly to the OT Cyber Security Operations Center Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivering OT cybersecurity services to Technip Energies\' business projects where contractually required by the customer or requested by the project.
  • Accountable for delivering OT cybersecurity services ensuring contract and customer satisfaction.
  • Accountable for ensuring the OT cybersecurity services are delivered in accordance to project schedule and in synch with engineering disciplines, procurement and construction activities;
  • Coordinating with the Cybersecurity Project and Proposal PMO to ensure resources are allocated in synch with project needs.
  • Coordinating with the other functions of the Cybersecurity Department to ensure the following subfunctions are engaged to deliver services to the project:
  • Policy, standards and guidelines - for delivering policies, procedures and Vendor document templates.
  • Awareness and Training - for cybersecurity training and Cyber-Inductions for Vendors/Subcontractors.
  • Assessment and Remediation - for cybersecurity assessment engineering (Cyber-FAT, Cyber-SAT and integration testing);
  • IDS / Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) - for test and vulnerability detections of industrial systems.
  • OT Digital Twin: for OT Asset Management
  • Incident Management
  • Regularly provide the Cybersecurity PMO with the required production KPIs.
  • Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Coordinating staff to ensures activities are executed in compliance with standards and methodologies defined by the Cybersecurity Governance.
  • Participating in the definition and maintenance of the standards and methodologies relating OT cybersecurity services delivering.
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
  • Supporting Cyber Risk Management team designing risk mitigation plans.
About You
  • Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity applied to industrial environments.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Engineering at coordination or management level;
  • At least 10 years of experience in onshore / offshore project execution.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas business;
  • Experience in proposal preparation, technical specification writing and reporting.
  • Understanding of Information and Operational Technology (IT / OT).
  • Knowledge and practice of project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Understanding cyber risk in the industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with EPCI project execution Lifecyle.
  • Certifications: GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist are a plus.
