Job Description

This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, monitoring and reconciling customer accounts, and assisting with cash application and collections activities

• Process and generate accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Perform regular follow-ups on outstanding payments and support collections efforts.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Customer Service, to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of AR transactions and correspondences.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of AR operations.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven 3 years experience in accounts receivable or related accounting role, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in SAP or Oracle being a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin to support China Region f
