The BSC \xe2\x80\x93 Asia Pacific in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia will be responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across our company\xe2\x80\x99s business divisions and markets for the APAC region.The Credit Risk and Customer Master Data Specialist is responsible for a variety of activities across Credit Risk activities to performing credit review, maintenance of appropriate limits and relevant credit risk data in the system and Customer Master Data activities will be supporting operations by maintaining, monitoring, and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization.Primary ResponsibilitiesIndependent assessment of creditworthiness over assigned customer portfolioAnalyze business forecasts and calculation future credit limit requirementsReview ad-hoc requests and resolving credit risk issues on timely mannerEnsure regular communication with key stakeholders on risk strategiesCreate and executes changes to SAP master data (e.g., Customer Master Data, Credit Management Data, Hierarchy Data etc.)Ensures master data integrity in key systems and maintaining the processes to support the data qualityIdentifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems by providing support through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards to meet customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.Involves in development and documentation of processes with other functional data ownersAssists in data management, governance, and data quality of credit risk and customer master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.Support on execution of credit risk and customer master data related controls and ensuring full Control and Compliances applied.Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of all master data, credit risk and process-related policies and procedures to effectively interface with internal and external clients and to proactively comply with audit requirements.Works closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.Performs mass updates as requiredParticipates in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.Ensures client inquiries are addressed in compliance with Service Level Agreements.Education Minimum Requirement:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalentRequired Experience and Skills:Minimum 2-4 Years Master data management experience in SAPCredit Risk Management experience is desiredBusiness Level fluency in English and Mandarin required (both speaking and writing)Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsGood skills in data administration and meticulousGood analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience using SAP is advantageWe are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
