RxSight is an ophthalmic medical technology corporation headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California that has commercialized the world's first and only adjustable intraocular lens (IOL) that is customized after cataract surgery. The company's mission is to revolutionize the premium cataract surgery experience by allowing surgeons to partner with their patients to achieve optimized results for every unique eye.

OVERVIEW:

The OUS Analytics Manager will report directly to the OUS Sales Ops Director, playing a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced data analytics solutions to support RxSight OUS.


The Manager is responsible for developing and managing dashboards, tools, and processes that support high-quality, data-driven OUS performance. The manager will understand the RxSight Systems, align the data, and output real-time Power BI reports to drive the OUS business.


Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Management and Storage: Implement and manage Azure Storage Accounts, configuring and securing data storage in alignment with best practices and business requirements. Data management and alignment for business reporting Data Reporting and Visualization: Develop optimized Power BI reports and dashboards by integrating various data sources, ensuring high performance and user accessibility. Apply advanced data modeling techniques in Power BI to enhance report functionality and interactivity, catering to diverse business needs. Professional Education & Marketing Reporting Support the process of dashboard development for automated clinic-level outcomes reporting & adjustment quality reviews Support marketing programs for tracking and reporting OUS Phase 4 Study Support Support analysis and reporting on the multiple OUS phase 4 studies including tracking, data analysis, and publication support. Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure the seamless implementation and adoption of BI solutions.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Field Engagement & Reporting Deliver actionable clinical insights via CRM dashboards that promote procedural consistency and adherence to best practices. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of tools through monitoring, feedback, and stakeholder engagement. Provide outcomes trend data for internal reviews, strategic planning, and outcomes analyses. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage Account, and Databricks. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. Expertise in creating and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and optimization. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to effectively convey data insights and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, particularly in a cloud-based environment. Proficiency in interpreting and contextualizing clinical outcomes data, including visual acuity, refractive accuracy, and LDD adherence. Skilled in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI); capable of building and tailoring tools for the clinical organization. Operational thinker with a proven ability to translate clinical trends into field-ready tools and scalable improvement programs.
