Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and update a database of potential clients while tracking progress in our CRM system. Reach out to prospects through guided call scripts and meaningful conversations. Understand customer needs and present relevant products or solutions. Qualify potential opportunities and arrange appointments with interested leads. Respond to questions, handle concerns, and maintain professionalism on every call. Record all communications and outcomes accurately to ensure data integrity. Contribute to a positive, motivated, and goal-oriented team culture.

What we're looking for:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in customer communication, sales support, or client engagement (B2B preferred). Strong conversational and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport easily. Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle rejection with professionalism. Organized multitasker who can manage time and priorities efficiently. Comfortable using CRM tools and basic office software. Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection. Fluent in English and Malay (spoken and written).

Work Environment & Benefits:

Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday. Weekends and Public Holidays (per gazetted list) are off. Fully remote work environment. Ongoing coaching, skill-building programs, and career advancement pathways. Supportive, growth-focused team culture.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
