Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database, introducing our products/services and generating interest. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and relationship-building techniques. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and address customer inquiries. Sales Process: Follow a structured sales process, including pitching, handling objections, and closing sales. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues. Record Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system. Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and progress towards targets, including daily, weekly, and monthly metrics. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including Do Not Call lists.
Qualifications:

You must have an SPM Excellent & Outstanding Communication Skills in English & Bahasa. You must have at least 1 Years of experience in the service industry and Sales. We preferred someone with sales experience in the contact center, marketing or sales promoter You must be confident, sales-driven individuals with impressive character Strong sales skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
