Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B), introducing the company's recruitment and manpower supply services. Understand client needs through active questioning and brief discussions to identify potential hiring gaps. Send follow-up emails with service brochures, company profiles, or proposal templates after calls. Meet weekly KPIs on call volume, conversion rate, and quality of leads generated.
Requirements:
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or relevant fields Strong communication and persuasive skills Ability to handle rejection professionally Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
