Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Training Location: Online/Marang Terengganu
Working Hours :
Sun - Thurs /9am - 6.00pm -(40hours)
Friday :9am - 2pm (5hours)
(Immunity to skip working if achieved weekly target)

Basic Salary :
RM1,700 - RM1,900 + Commission - Normal speaker
RM1900 + 300 (Language Allow ) + commission - Mandarin Speaker
1 year employment contract.
JOB SUMMARY
To perform products and promotion sales via telephone and attend to subscriber's applications and sales enquiries.
To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.
To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for retaining and salvaging customer by proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns, negotiating retention strategies, and implementing initiatives to reduce churn.
2. Primary focus will be on engaging with at-risk customers, understanding their needs and pain points, and providing effective solutions/ better offers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Success in this role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good command/fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
2. Confident in delivering results and achieving sales target.
3. Minimum: SPM holders
4. Have minimum technical knowledge (internet, broadband)
5. Self motivated, a team player with positive attitude
6. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
