Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 08:30 am to 05:30 pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday &Weekend (08:30 am to 12:30 pm) included

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Tour Planning: Develop comprehensive itineraries for domestic and international tours, considering factors such as destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their preferences, provide tour details, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to secure bookings, negotiate contracts, and ensure all services meet high-quality standards.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of tours, including transportation arrangements, accommodation bookings, and activity scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after tours to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
  • Budget Management: Work within budget constraints while maximizing the value and quality of tour services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all tour-related information, expenses, and client details. Generate reports as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Handle unforeseen issues or emergencies during tours and implement contingency plans to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Language: Fluent speaking and writing in Mandarin are mandatory.
  • Computer Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
