- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Experience in tele sales / property sales.
- Experience in customer-oriented environment and understands their needs.
- Good understanding of the real estate agent market.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build relationships with potential and existing agents, from prospecting to closing sales.
- Engage in frequent communication with your customers, understand customer needs and satisfaction.
- Keep track and report sales performance and manage leads effectively.
- Stay updated about market trend and insights.
- Undertake other adhoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the management.
