Job Description
- Multilingual abilities & knowledge of the Asian market are advantageous.Experience in the hardware, door lock, electronic appliances, or Security Boxes is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Willingness to travel outstation to different states.
- Handle and resolve dealer/customer issues effectively.
- Expand market presence and reach.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Drive sales growth & Conduct market research.
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
- Commission on sales.
- Quarterly incentives.
- Yearly incentives.
- Year-End Bonus
