Job Responsibilities:
Proactively look for new clients and business opportunities for foreign worker recruitment and supply services.
Conduct outdoor visits to factories, construction sites, and offices to understand client manpower needs.
Promote the company's services such as manpower supply, permit application, and worker management.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for potential clients.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth worker deployment.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (experience in foreign worker supply is an advantage).
Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Independent, proactive, and result-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
