Job Position : Outdoor Sales Representative
Company Background: wholesale and manufacture Aquarium Accessories.
Working hours : 9am ~ 6pm (Mon~Sat)
Working Location : Kempas Lama, Johor Bahru.
Salary Range : Start from RM 2,200
Benefit: Petro Allowance , Travelling Allowance
Incentive Allowance (Base on Performance)
Bonus - Monthly Sales Target , Half year Target
(Gloss Allowance plus commission : RM 4,500 ~ RM7,000) :

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Submit orders on time to maintain sales growth.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Complete relevant work results as needed, team communication and cooperation spirit.

Job Requirement:

• Have a driving license & own transportation
• Outgoing personality, likes to interact with people, has good communication skills.
• Monthly out-of-state travel itinerary.
• Likes challenges and can withstand pressure.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift

• Kempas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
