- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in agricultural tools or related product sales will be prioritized.
- Must be willing to travel outstation for client visits and business development.
- Independent, proactive, and result-driven personality.
- Visit clients regularly to promote and sell company products.
- Explore new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand market demand and develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
