Company Background:

??Our client is a MNC company from China, with over 30 years of strong expertise in the global automotive components industry. They specialize in design and manufacturing of automotive motor systems, including seat motors, wiper motors, and window regulators, widely used by internationally recognized OEMs. With in-house R&D capabilities and a comprehensive quality management system, the company demonstrates solid technical strength. A modern production facility has been established in Johor, Malaysia, as part of its global expansion strategy, aiming to enhance regional delivery capabilities and better serve its global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct final inspections of finished products based on product specifications, inspection checklists, and customer requirements. Perform visual, functional, and dimensional checks using appropriate tools. Follow sampling plans for batch inspection. Record inspection results accurately and maintain inspection reports and traceability records. Identify and report non-conformities and communicate with relevant departments for follow-up actions. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation before shipment. Support re-inspection and verification activities after rework or repair. Comply with internal quality procedures and safety policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Manufacturing Engineering is a plus.

2-5 years of experience in product inspection or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Familiar with basic measuring tools and reading product specifications/drawings. Attention to detail, responsible work ethic, and good communication skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and ability to fill in inspection records.

Knowledge of AQL sampling and ISO 9001 is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
