The Outlet Assistant supports the F&B Supervisor in daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting with staff coordination, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Support
Assist the F&B Supervisor in day to day outlet operations, including opening and closing duties.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams during operating hours.
Support in monitoring service quality and promptly resolving guest issues or complaints.
Ensure the outlet meets cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
2. Customer Service
Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.
Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery according to company standards.
Handle basic guest inquiries and escalate concerns to the Supervisor when necessary.
3. Inventory & Stock Control
Assist in monitoring and replenishing stock for beverages, condiments, and other supplies.
Support inventory checks and report shortages or discrepancies to the Supervisor.
Help maintain accurate daily records of stock usage and wastage.
4. Team Coordination
Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient service flow.
Assist in briefing staff on daily specials, promotions, or operational updates.
Help train new service staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Cashiering & Reporting
Assist with basic cash handling, billing, and point of sale (POS) operations when required.
Support in preparing simple end of shift reports or sales summaries.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in restaurant or cafe operations preferred.
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
