We're looking for a
hands-on Outlet Chef
who can lead a small kitchen team, cook fast, manage prep, and maintain high hygiene and food standards. You'll be involved in cooking, training, stock control, and basic BOH paperwork.
What You'll Do:
Cook and lead daily kitchen operations
Ensure fast, consistent food quality (takeaway/delivery focus)
Manage inventory, waste control & daily checklists
Train and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene and SOP standards
Support Central Kitchen when needed
Requirements:
Kitchen leadership experience
Strong in Western cuisine and seafood
Fast, organised, and can manage pressure
Team player with good discipline and communication
Willing to work weekends & public holidays
Able to complete basic paperwork & kitchen reports
