ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and set clear team goals.
Planning and implementing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
Delivering excellent customer service with a customer comes first attitude.
Managing store operations, organising and assigning tasks and duties to store staff.
Monitoring and provide feedback to all staff on their overall performance.
Conducting staff performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
Listening to and resolving customer complaints, communicating issues or conflict to District Manager.
Motivating team members, recognising high performance and reward accomplishments
Act as a manager, coach and mentor to all staff in store.
Ensure all employee adhere to company\'s policies and guidelines.
Ensure the cash handling policies are being adhered to at all times.
Listening to team members\' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Delegating and managing tasks and set deadlines for store team.
Monitoring store security cables and demo devices to be in good conditions all the times.
Monitoring and maintaining store and back room cleanliness and condition.
Lead by example in customer service and portray the right attitude at all times.
Ensure training of staff is a priority and support all training programs rolled out by the Company.
Actively engage with subordinates and all channel within the Company by providing input and feedback.
Additional Store Leader duties may be assigned as and when needed by District Manager or Operations Manager.
Maintaining and upholding all company policies and standards.
