Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior leadership experience in F&B or nightlife industry (e.g. Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar).
  • Familiar with outlet operations in Kuala Lumpur setting, including POS systems and regulatory compliance for nightlife/entertainment venues.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

We are looking Outlet Manager & Assistant Outlet Manager: -
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
2. Coordinate and supervise Front of House and Back of House operations when necessary.
3. Support in learning, understanding, and overseeing the functions and responsibilities of all employees.
4. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food hygiene guidelines, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
5. Handle inventory management, including monthly stock takes and reporting.
6. Collaborate with management to plan and achieve operational and business objectives.
7. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards.
8. Foster teamwork and effective communication across all levels of staff.
9. Provide administrative and operational support to the senior management team.
10. Monitor outlet performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
11. Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
