Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a food and beverage or retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Exhibit strong sales management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons, and effectively handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Maintain meticulous inventory management practices, including accurate stocktaking, ordering, and minimizing waste, while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the outlet's appeal and promote sales, ensuring displays are attractive, well-maintained, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive employee training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products, procedures, and customer service standards, and are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is essential to effectively communicate with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training and guidance to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers and promote sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.
