Frequently go to various positions on site to listen to reports and inspect work, and ensure overall coordination of the work of subordinate departments to ensure the overall quality of service to guests.
Responsible for reviewing and approving menus, recipes, and catering prices, supervising and inspecting procurement and financial month-end inventory, and macro-controlling operating expenses and sales and purchases.
