We are a growing F&B outlet looking for a hands-on Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, manage the team, and help improve overall outlet performance.
This role is
floor-based
,
not an office role
. You will be actively involved in running shifts, supporting staff, handling guests, and learning how to grow outlet revenue through better service and operations.
What You Will Do
Monitor daily sales and outlet performance
Learn and apply simple ways to increase outlet revenue (upselling, service flow, repeat customers, reducing wastage)
Work closely with management to improve outlet results
Run daily operations and manage shifts smoothly
Lead, guide, and motivate the outlet team
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Ensure cleanliness, service quality, and discipline standards

Requirements
Experience in counter service / cafe / QSR (Person in-charge or manager level preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure
Willingness to learn about sales, costs, and outlet performance
Positive attitude and hands-on mindset
