Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee overall outlet operations to ensure efficiency and profitability Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high performance and excellent service Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and QAQC standards Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock control Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests effectively Plan and prepare staff schedules based on business needs Analyze outlet performance, sales data, and generate strategic reports Implement and enforce company SOPs and policies consistently Liaise with upper management on operational updates, needs, and improvements Handle ad hoc tasks and crisis management as needed

Chinese or Malay (to fit team and customer base)Experience:
Minimum 2 yearsas a Store/Outlet Manager
in the F&B industryLeadership:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsCustomer Service:
Excellent track record in customer satisfactionEducation:
Minimum SPM or higher qualificationLanguage:
Excellent communication in both English and MalayVaccination:
Fully vaccinated (min. 2 doses)Transport:
Own transport preferredJob Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
