Oversee and manage daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a seamless workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and QA/QC standards at all times.
Manage inventory levels, monitor stock usage, and build strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply and optimal cost control.
Address and resolve customer feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Develop and manage staff schedules based on operational needs and business demands.
Monitor outlet performance through data analysis and sales reporting; provide actionable insights and implement improvement strategies.
Uphold and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies consistently.
Communicate regularly with upper management to provide operational updates, highlight key needs, and propose improvements.
Perform ad hoc duties and manage unexpected situations or crises effectively with sound problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Age:
25-35 years old (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet or Store Manager in the F&B industry.
Leadership:
Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service:
Demonstrated excellence in customer experience and satisfaction.
Education:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
Languages:
Proficient in both English and Malay (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Vaccination:
Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
Transport:
Possession of own transport is preferred.
