Job requirement


Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 1 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager OR Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 6 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager OR SPM holder with 8 years experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 years experience as Assistant Outlet Manager Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skillss (both spoken and written) Possesses full knowledge of wine and fine dining operation skill o Ability to develop outlet's business strategies and financial plan Possesses good knowledge of computer software applications Strong leadership and organizing skill
