Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet annual/quarterly/monthly sales target and other operational-related goals of the outlet set forth by the Management. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste. Oversee the daily operations, management and overall performance of the outlet. Generate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses. Perform quality controls and monitor Operational KPIs for the outlet. Regularly review product quality. Maintain cleanliness of any outlet that you are assigned. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulation. Manage restaurant's good image and suggest for continues improvement. Deliver superior services and maximize customer satisfaction. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. Organize and supervise shifts and schedule weekly roster for kitchen and service crews. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and operation procedure. Appraise your subordinate performance and provide guidance to improve productivity. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations. Any other tasks as instructed by your immediate supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/SPM/"O" Level in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. Language requirement: Basic Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a MUST. Proficiency in English is a bonus. Work experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B Management and Operations in a Managerial role (Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or a similar role.) Able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays. Must be able to work overtime as needed. May be required to relocate from one outlet to another.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
