JIBRIL is seeking qualified Branch Managers to join our team. In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production and also services that will wow your guests, making them come back for more.

Motivate the team to be successful, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions. Provide regular performance feedback to Kitchen Managers and/or Assistant Managers, as well as all other staff. Always communicate with the team and upper management.
DECISION-MAKING SKILLS:
The buck stops with you! Whether dealing with employees, clients, or guests, you will have to make decisions that affect the company. The ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial to your success.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS:
Use analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday.
DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS:
Responsible for maintaining operational excellence of the branch. Comfortable with working and training in any position inside JIBRIL outlet. Provide value/support by working inside the kitchen as needed. 50% of your time, lending your physical support, and 50% of your energy focus on strategic support with building sales and improving the overall performance of your accounts.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Maintaining administrative records pertaining to your branch, particularly on compliance with internal SOP, halal & regulatory requirements.
2. Maintaining accounting records (supplier purchases over sales to avoid an account burst) for your branch.
3. Requesting payment for all purchases (2x for suppliers & any ad hoc payments) after the amount is verified, for your branch.
4. Maintaining a weekly work schedule, HR related documentations, payroll processes & hiring staff for your branch.
5. Verifying end-of-day closing report, daily purchases, and ensuring all record tallies for your branch.
6. Ensuring the operation runs smoothly for your branch, which includes:
-Succeed in Mystery Customer programme
- Succeed in Internal Audit initiatives
- Ensures monthly sales target is achieved
- Maintenance on all equipment, items & atmosphere
