Sales / Sales Team
Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales Advisor team
Plan to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly target set by distributor, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Provide guidance for Sales Advisors on daily, monthly and quarter basis to work and plan in accordance with formulated strategies
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that high professional standards is achieved and monthly sales target and other KPIs set by distributor are met
Manage Sales Advisors to ensure targets are delivered through people management performance review, reward and individual recognition
Recruit new staff into the team - focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skill
Conduct regular sales and business review to evaluate Sales Advisor performance
Follow up on receivables/Debtor Finance
B) Principal/Distributor
To communicate with distributor in for all key matters related to Sales and Operations of outlet
Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and other ad-hoc meeting with distributor
To forecast and plan stocks on daily, weekly, monthly basis by variant, colour and other specification with assistance of Sales Admin
To work with Sales Admin to ensure orders are supported through stocks delivered in timely manner as promised to customers
To be on duty for Roadshows organized by distributor
To comply and follow up with Marketing & Customer Retention activities by Distributor
C) Management
To prepare daily sales report to management
To prepare and report monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance to Management on monthly basis
