Job Description


  • Manage daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for restaurant operations internally and externally.
  • Maintain and ensure high customer service level.
  • Solve operational problems i.e., staff issues, customer complaints.
  • Responsible to handle and manage employee issues by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by complying with legal regulations.
  • Uphold the image & identity of the outlet by selling the right products and maintaining a high standard of staff grooming.
  • Meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
