Job Description
Position Tittle: Outlet Manager Company Industry: Beauty Treatment Provider Salary Range: RM4,500 - RM5,500 (Basic) Working Hours: 10.30am-8pm (6 working days \xe2\x80\x93 off on weekday) Working Location: Handle 3 outlets in Setia Tropika, Mount Austin & Bukit Indah Benefits: Commission (After probation period), Petrol Allowance, Salary Increment (based on performance), public holidays, annual leave, Medical allowance, Dental allowance, Pantry allowance, Yearly bonus, EPF, SOCSO, EIS s:
- Supervise the outlets to ensure the smooth operation of the outlets
- Lead the outlets to achieve the sales targets
- Cooperate with the employees to improve the overall performance for the outlets
- Resolve the clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and issues
- Monitor the cleanliness and discipline of the outlets
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in service line
- Proficiency in at least three languages, particularly English.
- Proficient in sales, with experience in team leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Strong professional appearance.
- Positive and correct mindset and attitude.
- Willingness to take responsibility and courage in facing challenges.
- Exceptional and flexible communication skills.
- Attentive, proactive, and quick in identifying issues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High efficiency in task handling.
- Capable and willing to travel independently to the relevant outlets in Johor with allowances
- Must have own transport
- Immediate availability preferred.
