1. Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales Advisor team;
2. Plan to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by the distributor, aligning with company sales policies and strategies ;
3. Provide guidance for Sales Advisors on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to work and plan in accordance with formulated strategies;
4. Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that high professional standards are achieved and monthly sales targets and other KPIs set by the distributor are met;
5. Manage sales advisors to ensure targets are delivered through people management performance reviews, rewards, and individual recognition;
6. Recruit new staff into the team - focusing on strong sales competencies and ensuring that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skills;
7. Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales Advisor performance.
PCM Group/Distributor
1. To communicate with the PCM Group/distributor for all key matters related to sales and operations of the outlet;
2. Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and other ad-hoc meetings with the PCM Group/distributor;
3. To forecast and plan stocks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by variant, color, and other specifications with the assistance of Sales Head/Admin Officer;
4. To work with the Sales Head/Admin Officer to ensure orders are supported through stocks delivered in a timely manner as promised to customers;
5. To be on duty for roadshows organized by PCM Group/distributor;
6. To comply and follow up with Best In Town, Marketing & Customer Retention activities by Distributor.
Management
1. To prepare daily sales reports to management/PCM Group;
2. To prepare and report monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance report to management/PCM Group on a monthly basis.
Qualifications for Outlet Manager
1- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
2- At least five (5) years of working experience in automotive-related industry.
3- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills in management.
4- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5- Excellent verbal and written communication in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
6- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.
7- Computer literacy, and digital savvy
8- Proficient in social media - Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
9- Must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and dedicated.
10- Independent and able to work under pressure, fast-paced, high-volume, and multitasking environment.
11- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
12- Responsible, meticulous, and possess a good working attitude.
