  • Malaysian ONLY
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or food service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant finances, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Tanggungjawab
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, front-of-house, and delivery operations (if applicable).
Team Leadership
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Foster a positive team environment and handle staff grievances or disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Customer Service
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Gather feedback and suggest improvements to enhance guest experience.
Financial Management
  • Achieve sales targets and manage the restaurant's budget.
  • Monitor daily revenue, cost control, and profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Marketing & Promotion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on local promotions or events.
  • Implement strategies to increase footfall and repeat customers.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends.
