PRIMARY JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Contribute operation information and recommendations to strategize action plans for operational challenges.

2. Ensure all operation-related procedures implemented are optimized.

3. Managing the below for assigned outlet

3.1. Staff Management

3.1.1. Responsible for leading assigned team to create and maintain the great experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions.

3.1.2. Managing assigned teams to ensure daily operations in all outlets are accurately conducted without any difficulties.

3.1.3. Maintain targeted Labour Cost %

3.1.4. Hiring of new employees

3.1.5. Operation shift scheduling

3.1.6. Manage and conduct employee Internal training

3.2. Stock Management

3.2.1. Stock Ordering for respective outlet

3.2.2. Stock Count

3.2.3. Daily check that there is no wastage.

3.2.4. Minimizes wastage, utilizing food surpluses and portion control.

3.3. Cash Management

3.3.1. Ensuring assigned outlet sales are managed accurately.

3.3.2. Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales.

3.3.3. To ensure all cash/credit card handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken

3.4. Service and Operation

3.4.1. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are executed accurately.

3.4.2. Providing customer service in accordance with service standard.

3.4.3. Hosting customers and managing customers responses.

3.4.4. All Food and Beverage preparation

3.4.5. Dishwashing

3.5. Housekeeping and Maintenance

3.5.1. Upkeeping cleanliness of respective outlet.

3.5.2. Upkeeping and reporting of maintenance of respective outlet

3.6. Systems and Apps

3.6.1. Ensuring POS functions are functioning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
