Job Description


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operation managerial role in Food and Beverage preferable bakery or pastry industry would be added advantages.
  • Prior working experience in outlets management would be added advantages.
  • Prefer candidates will have outstanding organizational skills and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to customers.
  • Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and manage branch staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Monitor food inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Preparing report for shift / week, including staff control and sales.
  • Adhere to company & outlet SOP.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks / duties as assigned by management / Outlet Manager
  • Own Transport needed.
  • Willing to work on weekends, shift duty & public holidays.
  • Outgoing, teamwork, energetic & fun-loving personality.
Outlet Location : Berjaya Times Square KLResponsibilities
  • Managing F&B outlet operations.
  • Lead by example with a visible, hands-on presence in the outlet, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers.
  • Communicate effectively and keep the team informed with relevant information.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP & SOC are applied on daily basis.
  • Inventory Management in monitoring stock ordering and stock-taking.
  • Motivate, educate, and continuously develop staff to maximize efficiency and confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Chef to maintain high food quality standards.
  • Personally ensure that guests receive the best possible service.
  • Maintain high standards of service and hygiene.
  • Highlight customer complaints on food quality, customer service and other operations issue for business system improvement.
  • Ensure employees are well-trained, professional, and provide friendly and efficient service.
  • Oversee and manage the F&B outlets\' Profit and Loss by meeting monthly sales target.
  • Perform any tasks as assigned.
