Outlet Location : Berjaya Times Square KLResponsibilities
Managing F&B outlet operations.
Lead by example with a visible, hands-on presence in the outlet, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers.
Communicate effectively and keep the team informed with relevant information.
Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP & SOC are applied on daily basis.
Inventory Management in monitoring stock ordering and stock-taking.
Motivate, educate, and continuously develop staff to maximize efficiency and confidence.
Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Chef to maintain high food quality standards.
Personally ensure that guests receive the best possible service.
Maintain high standards of service and hygiene.
Highlight customer complaints on food quality, customer service and other operations issue for business system improvement.
Ensure employees are well-trained, professional, and provide friendly and efficient service.
Oversee and manage the F&B outlets\' Profit and Loss by meeting monthly sales target.
Perform any tasks as assigned.
