About the Role

S&M Group, located at Meranti Permai Industrial Park, Puchong, Selangor, is a notable player in the retails sector in Malaysia.

We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic Outlet Manager to join our newly open outlet in Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.

This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our outlet.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM or any related field

Proficient in both

English and Mandarin

to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Independent, Sales-Driven and able to work under minimum supervision. Prior experience in retails industry especially blind box / toys is preferred.

Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers. Enforcing company SOPs diligently. Work closely and constantly communicates effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
