Requirements
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the daily operations and overall performance of the outlet. The role includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, monitoring sales and costs, and driving business growth. The Outlet Manager will also work closely with the operations and marketing teams to achieve company goals and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams on promotions and events.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in strategic planning for outlet growth.
