JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Outlet Manager
Employment Type: Full \xe2\x80\x93 Time
Reports to: Managing Director
Salary Range: Starting from RM4,000 and above. Public holiday, food allowance and other remuneration are available. EPF, Socso and EIS are available.
Work Hours: 10.00 a.m to 8 p.m

A Security Guard, or Security Officer, is responsible for protecting all employees, the organization, and assets in the case of an incident. Their duties include monitoring a specific area, evicting trespassers and writing reports detailing any occurrences during their shift. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible of enforcing the safety of properties of all outlets.
  • To ensure all outlets securities are in order.
  • To ensure shop and all outlets cleanliness, appearances and front doors are in order.
  • To keep in touch and liaise with person in charge of front door of all outlets.
  • Immediate reaction for the recovery of asset in the secured area.
  • Ensure welfare of all stakeholders, including and not limited to customers and employees are well taken care off.
  • Train the security officer and educate other employees in matters related to security.
  • Responsible for the appearance and maintenance of entrance (e.g., jewelleries arrangement, cleanliness of premises etc)
  • Acts as the first impression of outlet, and greet all customers
  • Enforce all the rules and regulations as set forth by Unique Gold Palace Sdn Bhd in a just, prudent, fair, reasonable, and impartial manner within the confines of and consistent with local, state, and federal laws.
  • The security officer must be fully aware of his/her limitations, prohibitions, and responsibilities in carrying out these duties.
  • To remain knowledgeable of current law enforcement and security practices and administration.
  • Must be familiar with all standing orders which are to be followed by all officers during duty hours and specific orders; those which pertain to a particular post or assignment. Familiar with all policies, rules, regulations, directives, orders, and procedures as set forth by Unique Gold
Palace Sdn Bhd and its branches.
  • To be responsible in handling and solving all issues in regard to authorities (e.g., DBKL, PRDM etc)
  • Handling HR matters related to the company and its branches.
  • Strictly obey the follow up list set up by the Managing Director.
  • Performing other relevant and ad hoc duties as and when needed.
