Requirements
Experience
Minimum 5 years in the Food & Beverage industry
At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position
Language
Able to read and write in English
Availability
Willing and able to work extra hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of F&B operations, financials, and inventory systems
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
Able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic accounting principles
Proactive, result-driven, and hands-on approach
Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth service flow and high standards of cleanliness.
Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs to maximize outlet profitability.
Staff Leadership: Lead, train, and schedule team members to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
Customer Relations: Address customer feedback professionally and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries to ensure consistent quality of supplies.
Marketing & Sales: Drive customer engagement through local marketing and promotional initiatives.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations.
